Refund policy

All sales are final.

 

Exchanges. We gladly exchange sizes within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with all tags attached. Email hello@areenrow.com with your order number and the size you need; we send a prepaid FedEx label for the swap.

 

Store credit. If your size is sold out, you receive store credit for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months.

 

No cash refunds. We do not refund to the original payment method, except in the two cases below.

 

Damaged or incorrect items. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it at no cost, or refund it in full if a replacement is not available.

 

Pre-orders. A pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships.

 

Made-to-measure pieces. Custom-size pieces are tailored to the measurements you provide and cannot be exchanged or returned, except for a workmanship fault, which we repair or replace free of charge.
