Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States, all 50 states. International shipping is coming; email hello@areenrow.com if you are outside the US.

 

Pre-orders. Drop 1 and Drop 2 are pre-orders. They ship the week of September 17, 2026 by FedEx. You receive a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves Texas. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships.

 

Rates. Standard shipping (FedEx Ground, 2 to 5 business days) is $8, free on orders over $70. Express shipping (FedEx 2Day) is $15.

 

Made-to-measure. Custom-size pieces need 7 to 10 extra days for tailoring before they ship.

 

Processing. In-stock items ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm Central ship the next business day.

 

Lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email hello@areenrow.com within 7 days with your order number and we will make it right.
