Orders and pre-orders. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page; you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

 

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before shipping and will offer you a full refund if you do not wish to proceed.

 

Exchanges. All sales are final. Size exchanges within 14 days, store credit if sold out, no cash refunds, damaged or wrong items replaced free. See our Return and refund policy.

 

Made-to-measure. Custom-size pieces are made to the measurements you provide and cannot be exchanged, except for a workmanship fault which we repair or replace free.

 

Sizing and colors. Measurements are given in the size guide on each product page. Colors may vary slightly from screen to fabric.

 

Content. Photos, videos, names and text on this store are the property of Areen Row and may not be copied or used without written permission.

 

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
